We truly believe in the quality and effectiveness of our products, which is why we recommend trying them for at least 14 days before requesting a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 60-day money back guarantee period, please contact us at hello@cattsy.com.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing and we may no longer be able to make changes.

If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

If you are still unhappy with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We carefully package all orders to help prevent shipping damage. An item is considered damaged if it arrives physically broken or defective. Damage to outer packaging alone, such as dents or cosmetic wear to the shipping box, is not considered product damage if the item itself remains usable and intact.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@cattsy.com with a clear photo of the damaged item.

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or aggressive chewing beyond intended use.

Shipping & Delivery

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other shipping-related issues.

Cattsy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If you experience delivery issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we may not be able to resend or refund the order.
