At Cattsy, we are proud to offer free tracked shipping on all orders.

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after your purchase is placed. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is on the way to your address, it is considered dispatched.

During peak seasons, holidays, or high order volume periods, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays during holidays, peak seasons, severe weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control. Tracking updates may also take time to appear while your package is in transit.

Order Changes & Shipping Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

If incorrect or incomplete shipping details are provided, this may result in delays, failed delivery, or cancellation of the order. If our system detects a possible address issue, our support team may contact you by email to verify your information.

If you need to make changes to your order or shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@cattsy.com. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes can be made after this timeframe.

Delayed Deliveries

We understand how exciting it is to receive your order, and we always work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays may occasionally happen due to factors outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed to the courier, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@cattsy.com and we will do our best to assist you. We also recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to open a claim or investigation.

While Cattsy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will always try to help resolve shipping issues whenever possible. Depending on the situation, a replacement may be offered.
